Saydanar is a Singapore-based Professional Bridal Makeup Artist with many years of experience. Her love for make up has been nurtured since she was a little girl. Growing up with the females in the family — grandmother, mother and sister who love to look their best at all times, has inspired her to further cultivate this interest within her heart. Gazing at her grandma dolling up herself at her dressing table to attend weddings and special occasions; playing with her favorite aunties’ long hair are her strong hidden interest in beauty in her childhood.
She has always been familiar with famous cosmetic brands from a young age. She believes in keeping up to date with trends in the beauty industry, which encourages her to keep learning and explore new things. She used to go a little crazy with every cosmetic product launch and loves the chance to play with make up each and everyday. Make up has always been her passion despite the fact that she came from an Engineering background. She chose to follow her heart and pursue her lifelong dream to become a bridal makeup artist.
She started by giving makeovers to close friends and family. To enhance her skills and knowledge, she joined Cosmoprof academy in mid 2010 to attain a diploma in Photographic, Bridal, Fashion makeup & hairstyling. Aside from that, she also has been professionally trained by famous local artist Cherry Au and Taiwan artist Joan for Advance Bridal Hairstyling.
Saydanar believes that brides should be the center of attention during her special day, and knows how important a bride’s makeup is. All eyes and cameras are on you – and the last thing you should worry about is how your makeup looks. Saydanar will ensure that your makeup is flawless and perfect for the camera, while letting your natural beauty shine through. It is her passion to make sure brides look their best, to give them a sense of stress-free happiness, absolute confidence and satisfaction. She feels grateful to be part of their most special day and have them put their trust in her.
Her basic principle is to doll up the brides with kindness, respect and maturity that every bride deserves. She also makes sure to serve only an adequate numbers of brides within her capacity in a day.
